Circle Dancing

With Liz Mayer and Jeremy Sandford

Simple, uplifting, invigorating,

No special skills required.

Circle Dancing, sometimes called Sacred Circle Dancing, is a series of dances done in a circle gathered from many countries, typically Israel, Brittany and Greece.

They are not partner dances, everyone approaches as an equal and there is no distinction between male and female.

The dances, some meditative, some lively, induce a sense of peacefulness, physical and spiritual well-being, and joy in sharing.

The teacher will be Liz Mayers from Llandindrod Wells, and music will be provided by Jeremy Sandford from nearby Hatfield.

It’s alright to sit out for some dances. Young people, over thirteen, welcome. Please let us know if you’re coming, so we can estimate numbers.
